CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
CONSTITUTION OF INDIA
The Constitution essentially 'proportionalises' powers and functions with an appropriate authority. Constitution of India is not 'law' in the ordinary sense of the term instead it regulates the rule of recognition authenticating the formalisation or legislation of primary rules of obedience. In this sense, Constitution contains the legislative power of a constitutional authority. The enforcement of primary rules requires another constitutional authority viz. the Executive whose functions and functional authority is to be recognised within the framework of the Constitution. The fundamental aspects of the Indian Constitution are:
- Preamble
- Fundamental Rights
- Directive Principles of State Policy
- Business Laws and Centre-State Relations
- Trade and Commerce throughout India
